Contract for The Confident Creative Exclusive Mentoring Program
This contract is made between:
Mentor Name (hereafter referred to as "Mentor")
Client Name (hereafter referred to as "Client")
Program Name: The Confident Creative Exclusive Mentoring Program
1. Program Overview
The Mentor agrees to provide the Client with mentoring services as part of "The Confident Creative Exclusive Mentoring Program." The program is designed to assist the Client in achieving their personal, creative, and business goals. The duration of the program is 12 weeks, during which the Client will receive regular, one-on-one mentoring sessions tailored to their unique needs.
2. Payment Terms
The total program fee is $2,555.00
Payment must be made in full or as part of an agreed-upon payment plan, with $511.00 (payable in 5-months) payments direct-debited from the Client’s nominated account.
All payments are to be received on time according to the agreed schedule.
Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of the Client’s participation in the program. Late fees may be applied if payment is delayed by more than [insert period].
3.. Session Scheduling and Rescheduling
The Client must inform the Mentor at least 24 hours in advance if they need to reschedule a booked session.
The Client is allowed to reschedule a maximum of two (2) sessions during the entire program duration.
After the second reschedule, any additional missed sessions will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Mentor.
Failure to attend a session without 24 hours' prior notice will result in forfeiture of that session.
4. Mentee Conduct
The Client agrees to communicate in a courteous and respectful manner at all times throughout the program.
Any form of abusive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of this agreement, at the discretion of the Mentor, with no refund of any fees paid.
5. Confidentiality Both the Mentor and the Client agree to keep all personal and business information shared during the mentoring relationship confidential, except where required by law.
6. Termination of Agreement The Client or the Mentor may choose to terminate or postpone the mentoring program at any time. However, no refunds will be made, and the Client will still be responsible for paying the remaining balance of the program fees. All remaining payments will continue to be directly debited from the Client's nominated bank account until the total fee has been fulfilled, regardless of the termination or postponement.
7. Miscellaneous
This contract is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
By signing this contract, both parties agree to adhere to the terms and conditions laid out above.
